iCreativeMinds is a Singapore-based form specialist firm. We always believe that, in this information age, forms were the primary way that we provide and collect informations.
However, the problem we saw was that many forms created to collect data were not very efficient. iCreativeMinds formed to solve this problem.

Database is secure — Our Web site is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Each transaction on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
Submission data is portable — All the data collected can be exported to spreadsheet format which you can take your data offline and with you wherever you may go.
Form integrated with your web site — While we do offer hosting of all of your forms, you may alternatively placing a form on your own site.
Notification for each submission — You need not login to your account regularly just for new submission checking. Our system will automatically notify you by email as they are submitted.
We are affordable — Desktop software, outsourced programmers, and even an internal IT department are all expensive solutions for building a form. With our plan, a more affordable solution is offered to anyone with form building needs.
No long term contracts — There are no long term contracts, no set-up fees and no termination fees.
